My experience was exceptional from the very start. I requested a free quote and Ted was there within a day or two. His communication throughout the project was great. Keeping me posted along each phase of the project. Time commitments were kept for the build. The builder guys were friendly and neat.

Overall I was quite pleased with the end result.

Good morning, Ted.  I am away, but it sounds like the installation went really well, and the railings look great.  If you want to send me an invoice via email I can send you a check, then I will be back this weekend.  I also wanted to offer to be a reference any time that you may need it.  The service, communication, products and end results have all been great and to hit all of those is pretty rare in my experience.
